Easy No Hassle Returns - Collection from your home or work
Due to covid-19 restrictions our courier partner cannot currently provide this returns service as they are prioritizing deliveries at this time. You can still return your item using your own courier.
We are now offering easy / no hassle returns on all products. There is a small charge of £10/€10 for collection of smaller items such as Car Seats or Strollers. Larger items such as Double Strollers, Travel Systems or Cotbeds incur a charge of £20/€20. All other smaller products incur a charge of £10/€10. This is a premium service where our courier partner DPD will collect the product from your home, a neighbor or your place of work on a day of your choosing.

Why do we charge? We only charge the customer a small fraction of what the cost would normally be for a courier home collection. We are sold exclusively online so we want our customers to be 100% happy and committed to our products by trying them out in their own home before using fully. So why not try Infababy today. You will like us, or your money back – minus the small collection fee.  If for any reason the item is not to your liking then carefully repack it and email us help@infababy.com requesting an Easy No Hassle Return. Please note: items being returned must be fit for resale. You can take the items out of the packaging and put them together to see what they are like but they cannot be used outdoors (strollers, travel systems) or in a vehicle (car seats) etc. If you do not wish to use this service you can of course return your item using a courier service of your own choosing but any costs associated with that service must be fully borne by the customer.

While we offer low cost collection costs for customers who, in the unlikely event want to return an item it is imperative that the customer fully cooperates with the courier and Infababy regarding the collection time/date. As we are charged by the courier for attempting to collect a parcel, if the collection is not successful and we need to reorder a collection we will need to charge you again for each subsequent attempt. When a date is provided for collection DPD will collect on that specific day so its important you ensure someone is home on that day to hand over the parcel, otherwise a new date will have to be ordered and charged for.


30 Day Money Back Guarantee (Cooling off Period).
If you are not 100% happy with your product then you can send it back to Infababy® without a reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note you must email our returns department help@infababy.com requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Infababy®. When the item has been received by us we will inspect it thoroughly to ensure the product is fit for resale. Please note, if sending products back to Infababy® the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. If the item is not in resalable condition then the return application will be cancelled/revoked indefinitely. Collection of the item must then be arranged by the customer. After inspection and the product is in a resale condition we will issue a full refund. Shipping costs sending products back to Infababy® must be borne by the customer or alternatively you can use our home collection service as detailed above in the Easy No Hassle Returns section. We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.


After the Cooling off Period.
If we receive your unwanted purchase after the 30 days cooling off period then as above, we will inspect the item thoroughly to ensure the product is fit for resale. Note you must email help@infababy.com requesting a returns code before shipping your item back to us. This returns code must be labelled on all parcels. Please note, if sending products back to Infababy® the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. If the item is not in resellable condition then the return application will be cancelled/revoked indefinitely. Collection of the item must then be arranged by the customer. After inspection and the product is in a resellable condition we will issue a refund less a 10% charge (to cover administration, restocking & costs). Shipping costs sending products back to Infababy® must be borne by the customer or alternatively you can use our home collection service as detailed above in the Easy No Hassle Returns section. We value your custom and we endeavor to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not effected.


730 Day Returns
Once you have valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, invoice or similar then you can avail of our amazing 2 year returns policy. Unfortunately Infababy® cannot accept credit card statements as a form of proof of purchase. We offer a full 2 years return on all unopened, unused items, still in their unopened boxes. The boxes must be undamaged and the box and product therin must be fit for resale. The product must also be still available to purchase from the manufacturer at the time of return. Fees apply please see above"After the cooling off period"


Returned to sender & Undeliverable Shipments
There will be a nominal administration charge of £10 / €10 to the customer if a parcel is attempted to be delivered and being shipped back to Baby Gear Ltd as "Return to Sender". Reasons a parcel can be marked as "Return to Sender" include but are not limited to the following reasons:
Customer failed to collect the parcel at the local post office after the parcel was attempted to be delivered to the customer.
Customer changed their mind on purchase and refused to sign for the delivery.
Customer was not available to sign for the purchase and the courier company sent the goods back to Infababy.
Addresses which are "Undeliverable" will incur the full cost of shipping to addressee.
The above charge will be deducted from the order refund once we have the goods back in our possession.
Please note:
•    Under no circumstances should an item be returned to Infababy without a returns code issued to you by Infababy.
•    All items purchased via the website must be returned through the appropriate channels as outlined above.
•    Any items to be returned to Infababy remain the property of the customer until a full returns inspection and verification has been carried out. After which Infababy® reserves the right to refuse the returned item(s).
•    Where a refund has been authorised due to unavailability of goods or return of faulty goods, please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear into your account. Infababy will issue refunds within 48 hours of authorisation will not be held responsible for any delays with funds being credited to your account as this is the responsibility of your issuing bank.
•    In the event that Infababy® is arranging a collection or pick up from a customer where an arrangement for collection has been made, and should the couriers be unable to collect for reason being the fault of the customer resulting in another collection to be required, additional fees will incur to pay for the couriers failed collection attempt.
•    Goods which are attempted to be delivered and then returned to sender will incur an administration charge which is non-negotiable. We provide tracking data to insure customers know when to expect their orders. These must be frequently checked and if "attempted delivery" is noted on the tracking details then the customer must contact the courier company immediately to ensure the goods do not go back to us as "Return to Sender"


Delivery Information:

Express Priority Shipping
Whilst we offer free standard delivery on orders over £45/€50, we also offer a paid shipping service called Express Priority Shipping. This is a quicker service and your order will be shipped and processed ahead of all non-priority shipments. All orders under £45/€50 are automatically shipped via Express Priority Shipping (Express shipping charges apply and are refundable if you return your order). Please note: Where you have the choice of Free Shipping or Express Priority Shipping and you opt for the the Express Priority Shipping, the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Premium Delivery Service
We provide a 1 hour delivery time slot as standard on all orders. Prior to your delivery you will receive either a text or email from our delivery partner DPD Couriers with the expected day and time of your delivery. If the time is not suitable you can reschedule the delivery directly with DPD to a more suitable time, meaning you wont miss your package! This is a premium delivery service which we provide to you for free on orders above £45 / €50.

Delivery Rates
We currently offer FREE shipping to the UK and Ireland on any order over £45 / €50. Orders below this value are charged at £10 / €10 per order.
We also ship to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (Mainland), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Mainland), Sweden. The shipping charge is €30 per order.
When your order is shipped we will email you with your tracking data and the details of your shipment so you can track your parcels. Please be aware that some of our 3 in 1 travel systems are packed in two separate parcels, one for the travel system and the other for the car seat and they may arrive on different days. Once you have received your tracking details from us you may be able to track the shipment on our courier's website. If you have any queries in relation to your shipment it is recommended to contact the courier as the parcel would no longer be in Infababy's possession. Our courier details are below:

Delivery Times
The following delivery times are for items that are IN STOCK at the time of purchase. Items that are ordered before 2pm on a business day will result in the following approximate timescales for delivery to your door. Please see the availability information on the product listing page for the current stock status.
Some items may be available for PRE-ORDER so the delivery times apply from when the goods arrive into stock in our warehouse and are then shipped. The PRE-ORDER feature allows you to reserve the item before the stock arrives into our warehouse.

Please note: In some very rare instances for countries outside of the EU your parcel may get delayed in border customs but this is completely out of our control and this usually adds less than 1-2 days to your expected delivery date.

All orders are shipped at 2pm daily. If your order is placed before 2pm on a business day then your order will be shipped at 2pm that day. If your order is placed after 2pm on any given business day then your order will be shipped at 2pm the next business day.
Shipping only takes place when we are open on a business day. Shipping does not take place on weekends, bank holidays, or other national holidays.
If you have paid for express postage and we have not met the timescales mentioned as above we will refund your priority shipment postage costs. Only applicable if we have shipped over the above mentioned timescales, not below.

Infababy 3-Year Warranty
Infababy® products are manufactured to the highest standards and whilst we do our very best to ensure each and every one of our products lives up to these standards, it is unfortunate that is some rare cases during the lifetime of your product you may experience a manufacturing defect.
We have introduced a new 3-year warranty and aftercare plan to cover these unexpected hiccups and to ensure your product is back in tip top shape in no time with as little fuss to you as possible. We can even supply loan products whilst yours is in for repair, no other brand in the industry offers this level of care.
*Cover of up to 3 years is on selected items. Our warranty focuses on the products that you use, need and rely on the most.
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

What’s covered and for how long?
Any manufacturing defects with the following items within the specified term
•    Travel Systems Main Stroller Frame, Wheel Hubs and Seat Unit – 3 Years (Note: Punctures or wearing down of tyres are not covered under warranty)
•    Next Stage (Group 1 and above) Car Seats – 3 Years
•    Group 0+ Infant Carriers & Carrycots supplied with Travel Systems – 1 Year
•    Standard Strollers, Double Strollers, Nursery Furniture – 1 Year
•    Rain covers, Changing Bags, Footmuffs, Parasols, Seat Liners and similar loose accessories – 6 Months

What’s not covered under our warranty?
•    Normal degradation of components or fabrics through use
•    Damage to handlebar coverings and bumper bar coverings as a result of normal use
•    Tyre punctures, wearing down of tyres through normal use
•    Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by improper use, negligence, or     by not following the maintenance instructions
•    Damage, surface corrosion or rust from environmental conditions such as acid rain, salt, road hazards, hail, wind, storms and lightning.
•    Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc
•    Damage from misuse of the pushchair such as running, mounting/dismounting kerbs incorrectly, overloading etc. You’ll find proper usage described in the instruction manual.
•    If repairs have been carried out by third parties or a person who is not authorised or approved by us
•    If your chassis becomes faulty after or during use with any accessory that has not been approved by Infababy®
•    Airline or transport damage. When travelling, immediately check your Infababy® product(s) after they have been handled by a transporter (i.e. baggage handlers) and report any damage directly to them

How to make a Warranty Claim
If you experience a problem with your product, simply email us at help@infababy.com and we will get the resolution process in motion. To help speed things up, when you email us please include your order number, a picture of the issue and your serial number. 95% of the time warranty claims are resolved with us sending you the part you need (free of charge) and we dont request the original part to be sent back to us. In some cases we may need to collect the part (if its the chassis for example) and carry out a repair in our service centre. If this is the case we will arrange the collection and re-delivery through our couriers and there will be no costs to you. We can also provide a loan product or part thereof whilst yours is in for repair.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
This product warranty is our quality promise to you. We guarantee that this product is free from defects in workmanship and manufacturing materials at the time of purchase. During the production process your product was subjected to various quality checks however if despite our best efforts your product shows signs of material or manufacturing fault within the warranty period we will comply with the warranty terms & conditions.
After purchasing your product(s), please keep the original order number safe. It will have been emailed to you at the time of order. We can only offer warranty services under this warranty to customers who can present the original proof of purchase from our Infababy® website.
If your product suffers a fault during the warranty period we will always endeavour to repair or replace like for like. However, we reserve the right to discontinue a model, colour fabric or accessory. If this occurs then we will replace your faulty item with one from our range which is of the nearest colour and value.
Where products or parts are replaced or repaired during the warranty period, this does not extend the warranty period.
The warranty will also apply if your Infababy® was received as a gift. The warranty can be used by the owner of the product at any given time within the warranty period as long as the original proof of purchase can be provided.
Limited liability - Under this warranty, Infababy are only liable for the repair or replacement of original parts that are defective in material or workmanship. Infababy are not liable for any costs or time that you may incur in organising the repair or replacement of any faulty items under this warranty.
This warranty is applicable to all orders placed on our website from March 1st 2020.

Accidental Damage
If you do happen to accidentally damage your product, do not worry. We offer low cost spare parts on almost all products. Contact us for further information.

Faulty Items
As a customer it is recommended that you fully inspect your product as soon as it has been received to ensure no parts are missing, damaged or faulty. Missing items must be reported to Infababy® within 14 days of the item being received. Failure to outline missing items to Infababy® will result in a forfeiture in obligations to replace missing parts from Infababy®.
If you deem the item you received as being faulty and it is within the 6 months manufacturer's warranty then you can send the item back to Infababy® for inspection by our returns department. Please note you must email our returns department help@infababy.com requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Infababy®. Warranty varies between manufacturers so it is advised to contact Infababy® regarding warranty before returning any products. After a product is received to our returns department and it is deemed to be faulty we will do one of the following; issue a replacement piece for the part that is damaged, or replace the entire product, or offer a similar product, or if any of the above is not possible then we will issue a refund of the product. Faulty pieces or parts that make up the entirety of an item will be replaced once received back to Infababy®. A faulty piece of a larger item shall not warrant return of the entire item and Infababy® will replace or repair the part required once it has been returned to Infababy®. Costs for sending items back to Infababy® are borne by the customer. If you receive a wrong item then Infababy® must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a pickup for your item. When the item is received back to our returns department and is proved to be a wrong item then Infababy® will replace the item with the correct one. If it is not a wrong item then the customer must pay the collection charge which was arranged by Infababy® and also arrange to collect the
item as we will not re-ship an item if deemed to have been the correct item issued that was originally ordered. We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, SHALL BABY GEAR LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ARISING UNDER BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER BASED ON THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ITEMS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE HAVE BEEN TESTED TO THE RELAVENT EUROPEAN STANDARDS. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE ITEMS THEY PURCHASE ARE SUITABLE FOR USE IN THEIR OWN STATE, COUNTRY, TERRITORY OR REGION OR WHERE EVER ELSE THEY INTEND TO USE THE ITEMS PURCHASED. NO LITIGATION,TORT OR OTHERWISE WILL BE IN ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN IRELAND.
