Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account when placing your order with Infababy. You can place an order as a guest on our site. Please note in order to track the status of an order it is recommended to create an account where you can log in at any time to check the current status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. For any other payment not listed please contact us.

What shipping methods do you provide?

We ship using GLS for the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. We use An Post for International orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer next day delivery for items marked as in stock if being delivered to Ireland. The UK is 2 to 3 business days. EU orders are between 3 to 7 days. All other international orders range from 5 to 15 business days. Weather can impact on deliveries depending on your location.
