We use DPD couriers for the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. Before DPD deliver your parcel(s) they will text or email you asking if you would like to choose a day/time for delivery. They generally offer a window of 1 hour on the chosen day. It is important to be home during this delivery time slot as the parcel(s) will be sent back to our warehouse if they are unable to deliver the parcel(s).

We offer next day delivery for items marked as in stock if being delivered to Ireland. The UK is 2 to 3 business days. EU orders are between 3 to 7 days. All other international orders range from 5 to 15 business days. Weather can impact on deliveries depending on your location.

We offer a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all products. Some product have extended warranty available. Please contact us for more information.

We are online only meaning we do not have any physical locations in order to see our products. But we do offer a full 12 month guarantee that if you do not like your product you can send it back to us for a full product refund. We show as many photos as possible of all of our products and have verified reviews of the products published on our website and on Trustpilot. We recommend if you are in any doubt to read over our reviews and make an informed decision. Our prices are low because we do not have any middle-men, i.e; shop accounts which would show a higher price. This will not effect your statutory rights.
Our prices are low because we are online only and do not have the expense of having physical stores. We also sell direct to customers without any middle-men, i.e; shop accounts. If shops stocked our products there would have to be a margin added onto the price of the product by the shop in order for the shop to make profit. By selling direct to the end user we can keep our prices low.
