Delivery Information

Premium Delivery Service:

We provide a fully tracked courier delivery service as standard on all orders. Prior to your delivery you will receive an email with your tracking number/s, details on how to track your order and the courier details. Orders in the United Kingdom mainland will be shipped from our Liverpool depot and delivered by ParcelForce Worldwide. We provide this delivery service for free on all orders above £45.

Next Day Delivery:

Whilst we offer free standard delivery on orders over £45, we also offer a paid shipping service called Next Day Delivery. This is a quicker service and your order will be shipped and processed ahead of all non-priority shipments. All orders under £45 are automatically shipped via Next Day Delivery (shipping charges apply and are refundable if you return your order). Please note: Where you have the choice of Free Shipping or Next Day Delivery and you opt for the Next Day Delivery, the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery Rates:

We currently offer FREE shipping in the UK on any order over £45. Or a premium delivery service as per above Next Day Delivery. Orders below £45 value are charged at £4.95 per order by default. Please note some areas of Scotland incur a delivery surcharge which is calculated during checkout.

When your order is shipped we will email you with your tracking data and the details of your shipment so you can track your parcels. Please be aware that some of our 3in1 travel systems are packed in two separate parcels, one for the travel system and the other for the car seat and they may arrive on different days. This is the same for multiple products ordered together. Multiple products arriving on different days are solely down to the courier and is out of our hands. Once you have received your tracking details from us you may be able to track the shipment on the courier's website. If you have any queries in relation to your shipment it is recommended to contact the courier as the parcel would no longer be in Infababy's possession. Our courier details are below:

Due to changes from Brexit, Northern Irish orders must be placed on and will be shipped from our warehouse in Ireland.

Delivery Times:

The following delivery times are for items that are IN STOCK at the time of purchase. Items that are ordered before 12pm noon/midday on a business day will result in the following approximate timescales for delivery to your door. Please see the availability information on the product listing page for the current stock status.

Some items may be available for PRE-ORDER so the delivery times apply from when the goods arrive into stock in our warehouse and are then shipped. The PRE-ORDER feature allows you to reserve the item before the stock arrives into our warehouse. 

UK Standard Shipping (FREE): 1-3 business days

UK Next Day Delivery (£4.95): 1 business day if ordered by 12pm noon/midday*

* Please note next day delivery applies to all orders placed before 12pm (noon/midday) Monday to Thursday. If ordered on Friday before 12pm your order should arrive by Monday. After 12pm it will arrive on Tuesday as the order will only be picked on Monday. Next Day Delivery service does not guarantee next day delivery. 90% of Next Day Delivery will be delivered the next day but we cannot guarantee all parcels will arrive next day. This service ensures you will receive your delivery as a priority over the standard shipping service. Therefore Next Day Delivery cannot be refunded should your item be received after the next day. This is because, even though we put in into the priority shipping lane for next day delivery, the courier may be delayed and this is out of our hands. We endeavour to ship all Next Day Delivery parcels before standard delivery parcels.

Please note:

All orders are shipped at 12pm daily. If your order is placed before 12pm on a business day then your order will be shipped at 12pm that day. If your order is placed after 12pm on any given business day then your order will be shipped at 12pm the next business day.

Shipping only takes place when we are open on a business day. Shipping does not take place on weekends, bank holidays, or other national holidays.

If you have paid for express postage and we have not met the timescales mentioned as above we will refund your priority shipment postage costs. Only applicable if we have shipped over the above mentioned timescales, not below.
