Design: When you see the Infababy Primo for the first time you might gasp for air. Well maybe not gasp for air but you will be blown away by how pretty it is. It’s like Las Vegas on wheels. The gold version has an amazing gold frame, gold highlights and it even sparkles gold. It has gold leaf on the hood and fabrics. It’s a real head-turner. The platinum version has the same wow factor with its mirror-like chrome finish to the frame. And various shiny silver designs flickering throughout the design. The Primo is our most stylish prams to date. The pictures don't do it justice. It has to be seen to be believed. Why not take advantage of our no quibble returns policy. If you buy it and don't like it just send it back and we will be happy to refund you in full, minus the shipping of course. We are confident you will love the Primo as much as we do.
Safety: It’s not just the fancy designs that make the Primo a fantastic travel system. It’s the impeccable safety features that come as standard. The carrycot is larger inside than most other carrycots on the market. It passes the latest standards in carrycot safety meaning the walls of the carrycot are higher to ensure baby cannot get out unless Mummy or Daddy lift her out. We lined the inside of the carrycot with a diamond pattern cotton fabric so it’s more comfy and softer to the touch. Included with the Primo is our i-Size car seat. If you don’t know what i-Size is by now you can read all about it here in our blog. It’s a must have car seat as it allows the baby to stay rear facing for longer. You can read all about rear facing car seats here.
Features: Some key features of the Primo are that you can fold the stroller without the need to take the seat unit off of the frame. This will be music to any parents ears who have had systems in the past where they had to continuously take everything off of the frame in order to fold the frame up and put it into the car. The least amounts of steps the better for most modern parents.
Another incredibly handy feature is that you can use the stroller part of the system until your child is approx. 4 years of age, or about 18kgs. Usually, it’s up to about 3 years of age on other systems. So the Primo is great for big babies, or tall toddlers. We also included solid rubber puncture proof wheels front and back too.
What’s included: Ok so you get the full 3 pieces as standard – The pram, stroller and i-Size car seat. A lot of travel systems now come with the carrycot that converts into the seat unit. Some parents see that as being a hassle so we included the 3 separate pieces to make things easier.
Also included as standard is the raincover, changing bag, foot cover and puncture proof rubber wheels front and back.
Optional Extras: A very handy optional extra is the i-Size Isofix Base. The Isofix base connects into your car and can be left there to allow easy fitting of your Primo car seat. The car seat can just be clicked on and off of the Isofix base so you don’t have to connect the car seat to the vehicle seat belt every time you have baby in car.
The i-Size Isofix base can also be used with our new Nexo extended rear facing car seat, so this adds even more value to your Primo travel system. The Nexo car seat can also be used on the Isofix base until your little one is 18kgs, or around 4 years – just like the Primo stroller, that’s also able to be used up until 18kgs. You can learn more about the Nexo car seat here in another blog we did.
